FinVerve Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Trial Period
1.1 Free Trial
- All new customers receive a 7-day free trial with full access to service features.
- No payment is required to start the trial.
1.2 Trial Period Refunds
- No refunds are necessary as no payment is collected during the trial period.
2. Subscription Cancellation
2.1 How to Cancel
- Log in to your FinVerve dashboard.
- Navigate to Account Settings.
- Select "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts.
2.2 Cancellation Timeline
- You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds will be provided for early cancellations.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Eligible Refunds
- Refunds will be issued only for duplicate or fraudulent charges.
3.2 Non-Refundable Items
- Partial months of service.
- Subscription fees beyond the trial period.
- Early cancellations do not qualify for refunds.
4. Post-Cancellation
4.1 Data Access
- Users have a 7-day window after the billing cycle ends to download their data.
- After 7 days, all user data will be permanently deleted.
4.2 Account Reactivation
- Accounts can be reactivated before data deletion.
- A new subscription is required for reactivation.
