3.2 Service Level Agreement

• We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our services.
• Customer support response time within 24 hours.
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Plans available: Monthly, Quarterly, 6-Monthly, and Annual.
• Payments must be completed within 3 days of invoice generation.

4.2 Trial Period

• All new users receive a 7-day free trial with full access.
• No payment is required to start the trial.
• The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled.

4.3 Late Payments

• Accounts with overdue payments beyond 3 days may be suspended.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts for non-payment.

5. Account Terms and Termination

5.1 Account Requirements

• Users must provide valid email and payment information.
• Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
• Account credentials must be kept secure.

5.2 Account Termination

• Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
• FinVerve may terminate accounts for non-payment or violation of these Terms.
• No refunds are provided for early cancellations.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 FinVerve's Rights

• All rights to the Service technology, including AI models and automation, belong to FinVerve.
• Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Service.

6.2 Customer Rights

• Users own their original content and posts.
• Users have the right to export and use their data.

7. Usage Limitations

7.1 Subscription Plans

• Usage limits may apply depending on the selected plan.
• Additional charges apply for exceeding plan limits.

7.2 Prohibited Uses
